How do I add/edit/remove links in the main menu?

In your Admin Panel, click Menu > Content and Edit Menu. Here you will see your menu settings where you can specify the text to display and also the address you are directed to when you click a link. You can restrict access to links in your menu by certain ranks and you can also specify whether you'd like a link to open in a new window/tab.

Note! it is recommended to tick the 'Open in a new window?' option for links that take visitors away from your website and to untick this option for links that direct visitors to pages inside your website. This will try to keep visitors browsing your website instead of going elsewhere.
