How do I ban annoying members?

There are two ways you can ban a member: by IP address or by user account.
When you ban a member, it is recommended you ban by both IP address and user account. This will try to prevent them re-registering.
The easiest way to ban a member is by editing their profile, then click on "Administrator Edits".
