I am not getting the confirmation email on my sign up. What should I do?
Sometimes emails can be blocked. Here are some reasons why:
1) You previously reported an email from our platform as spam. This will block your email address completely; if you have reported any of our emails, please let us know and we will check this for you;
2) You may have entered the wrong email address;
3) Your email provider is blocking the email because it's thinking it's a spam;
4) You may have unsubscribed from the type of email, using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
You should first try the following before we action this problem further.
1) Check your spam / junk folder and move it to your inbox if it's there;
2) Whitelist [email protected]
through your email provider. You may need to contact your email provider to do this;
3) Ensure your email account is correctly configured and setup as it should be. If you're using an email address with your custom domain name, then you should contact your email provider to check your settings.
